Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT POLICY:
​​
Payment for one (1) space is ___$125___ for merchant vendors or ___$250___ for food vendors and is due in full at the time of acceptance. If payment is not received within ___2 weeks___ of the date of acceptance, your reservation will be canceled without notice and all rights shall cease and terminate. No spaces will be held without payment.
​
Faerie & Fantasy Faire Jury Process — All exhibitors interested in booths in the Faerie & Fantasy Faire will undergo a jury process. Applicants are required to provide a detailed description of their company, products, website, social media handles, and product photos. This process ensures a high-quality, diverse, and engaging selection of exhibitors, aligning with our commitment to showcasing exceptional and unique talents.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Free Cancelation until __March 12th, 2025_____. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date. This also includes contracts signed after the cancellation deadline. Cancellation must be made in writing and can be delivered by email to _________alison@faerieevents.ca__________

Your space may be transferred to another approved practitioner up to 10 business days before the event. There will be a $___50___ administration fee for any transfer of tables. Failure to appear at the event does not release you from responsibility for payment of the full cost of the space rented.

CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF FAIR
​
In the event that the facility in which the fair is being held, or scheduled to be held, is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy, or if for any reason you are not allowed to occupy the facility or the space, or if the event is cancelled or curtailed, the hosts will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, damage, or expense of whatever nature that you may suffer. The reasons listed include, but are not limited to, such reasons as: casualty, explosion, fire, lightning, flood, weather, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, or other Acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts or boycotts.

LIABILITY INSURANCE
​
Exhibitors accept all responsibility and liability for their services and products offered. Any liabilities arising from services or products provided by practitioners are excluded from the liability insurance of the venue and the organizers. To ensure proper coverage you are required to carry your own professional or general public liability coverage against claims for bodily injury, death or property damage arising out the use of the venue by you of not less than two million Dollars (2,000,000.00) elsewhere.
Neither the venue or the organizers are responsible for any lost, broken or stolen items.

​SOCIAL MEDIA AND CROSS PROMOTION POLICY

By registering you:
​
-
give permission for the organizers to use photos and information from your website and social media to promote the event and your services.

agree to invite at least 25 friends to the facebook page for the event.

agree to share the event on your social media pages.

agree to share the event with your email list if you maintain one for business purposes.
​
This includes a full profile on our website including company name, logo, product images, company description, website link. Promotion on our Facebook Page/Event and Instagram. If you do not have promotional materials to provide us, we will create a promotion using your image/logo/photos that you have provided or obtained from your website/social media.
SET UP AND TAKE DOWN POLICY
​
You must arrive at the venue and be set up and ready to begin no later than __9:30 am___ on ____April 12th, 2025____ or they/you forfeit your space and fees. You further agree to stay within at your given space for the entirety of the event and not encroach on the space of other exhibitors or move without approval.
​
Four Wands Faerie Events Inc. and the Faerie & Fantasy Faire Team reserve the right to make any changes to the floor plan at their discretion.
​
All of your items MUST be out of the venue by ___6:00 pm__ on __April 12th, 2025_____.
By registering and paying for a space at the event you agree to Terms and Conditions as stated above.
