If you're interested in joining our event as an exhibitor, please complete the registration form below. Be sure to review our Terms and Conditions before submitting your application.

Who Should Exhibit?

We welcome a variety of vendors whose products align with our magical and fantastical theme, including:

​

  • Artists and Authors: Share your creative works that transport attendees to other worlds.

  • Crafters: Display handmade treasures that capture the essence of fantasy and nature.

  • Costumes, Clothing, and Accessories: Offer enchanting apparel and accessories for those wishing to dress the part.

  • Metaphysical Goods: Provide mystical items that intrigue and delight.

  • Fantasy Collectibles: Showcase rare and whimsical finds for collectors.

  • Oddities and Curiosities: Present fascinating and peculiar items that spark curiosity.

  • Gaming Paraphernalia: Cater to hobbyists and gamers with goods and tools that will immerse them in fantastical worlds.

 

Please note, we do not accept applications from direct sales or MLM companies.​

The sale of material or artwork produced by use of artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

8ft Table - $245
Corner (8ft Table + 6ft Table) - $295 **
Half Table - 4ft (book authors only) - $125

** Please note: Corner booths are limited and assigned to accepted vendors based on application date. Answering 'Yes' below will increase your chances of acceptance if all corner spots are filled.

If a corner booth is unavailable, would you accept an inline 8ft table instead?
Power Requirement (110 Volt Outlet):
Are you interested in being involved with the scavenger hunt (i.e., placing an item at your table for attendees to hunt and find)?
Do you plan on offering trinkets for trade at your table? (So we can mark on our vendor map those that are official traders)
